Light and refreshing, this shrimp dish is impeccable. There is absolutely nothing I would change about the recipe. I was a little hesitant when I read the ingredient list and saw "clam juice," but the addition of this item provided a tasty briny flavor to the sauce. The tanginess of the onion, cilantro, and lime juice balance nicely with the creaminess of the avocado to create a satisfying cocktail sauce. Every bite of this dish drew me back in for more and I can not recommend it enough!
