My goodness are these delicious!! The asparagus perfectly pairs with the saltiness of the Proscuitto. The oven crisped up the meat to a state that was more crunchy and delicious than bacon. This appetizer is a 10/10. One recommendation would be to cook some extra asparagus and have it available unwrapped on the side of the wrapped. I found some of the smaller vegetable stocks were a little too small and the ratio between the meat to vegetable was off. Offering some extra asparagus stocks would allow people to optimize the flavor profile of this dish.
