How many times have you said to someone, “Nice to meet you,” only to realize you have already met! When this happens, it makes the other person feel less valued. Never make this mistake again by changing one simple word. Instead of saying, “Nice to meet you,” say, “Nice to see you.” Replacing “meet” with “see” will save you future embarrassment and protect the feelings of those you meet (I mean see).
