WHAT I LEARNED WHEN I READ THE BIBLE
Even when we mess up, God provides for us, and His plans will not be thwarted. Sometimes this means God continues to work through us, but other times God may choose to work through others because we just will not listen to Him. Either way, God’s will is always accomplished, with us or without us. I much rather be under God’s protection and in His will, though. It is the best place to live!
So Abram went up from Egypt to the Negev, with his wife and everything he had, and Lot went with him. Abram had become very wealthy in livestock and in silver and gold. (Genesis 13: 1-2 NIV).
