A picture of the coolest Christmas decoration was just sent to me from a dear college friend. Thank you for sharing, Jennifer! “I created this fun centerpiece for my daughter’s Christmas party by making platters out of peppermint candy. Spread the candies out in a parchment lined spring foam pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for a few minutes and then pop it out. I bought dollar tree plastic nutcrackers and spray painted them fun colors (take the fur off the beard before painting). Put a dab of hot glue on each head and set a peppermint platter on top, layering to create a tower.”
