Ingredients:
*1 pound of carrots, sliced into equal sizes
*2 tbsp olive oil
*1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
*Salt and pepper to taste
*3 tbsp butter, melted
Preparation:
*Preheat the air fryer to 380 for 5 minutes.
*In a bowl toss the carrots with olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
*Place into the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring once half way through. At 17 minutes, sprinkle the parmesan on top to melt.
*Drizzle with melted butter before serving, enjoy!
