Sausage, Cheese, and Vegetable Skewers Taste Test

This is a simple and fun finger food to serve to guests at my next party! It has a little bit of everything, and the flavors and textures are a tasty experience!



Makes 16 skewers

Cook Time: about 30 minutes


Ingredients:

*2 links pre-cooked Andouille sausage (Andouille is from Louisiana, but any sausage may be used)

*1 pound sharp cheddar cheese

*1 container button mushrooms

*2 bell peppers

*Wooden skewers (cut in half for appetizer size)


Preparation:

*Cut sausage into . inch chunks.

*Cut bell peppers and mushrooms into bite-sized wedges.

*Cut cheese into bite sized cubes.

*Layer one of each item onto skewer.

*Refrigerate until ready to serve.
