Yum, yum, yum! This easy and delicious recipe was a joy to make and eat. The sweet sauce on the chicken wings with the tangy and sweet corn salad made for a delicious dinner that I’ll definitely make again!


Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

Makes 20 Servings

Cook Time: About an hour


Ingredients:

*Jamaican jerk sauce (or any sweet BBQ sauce)

*3 pounds chicken drummlets

*5 tablespoons olive oil

*2 tablespoons garlic powder

*Salt and pepper, to taste


Preparation:

*Heat oven to 375F.

*Cover drummlets with olive oil.

*Sprinkle garlic onto drummlets.

*Add salt and pepper onto chicken drummlets.

*Place drummlets on a foil-lined sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes.

*Take out drummlets, and change oven to broil on high.

*Place drummlets back in oven, broiling on each side for 4 minutes.

*Remove from oven and toss with Jamaican jerk sauce.
